Force Patient is a valuable tool prescribed to patients affiliated with Force-enabled healthcare organizations. Its purpose is to enhance patient engagement and streamline communication within the care team. With Force Patient, patients can conveniently access a range of features, including watching informative videos, managing tasks on their daily To-Do Lists, and communicating seamlessly with their care teams using the messaging function.

The app facilitates the flow of information between patients and their healthcare providers by allowing data points to be shared with the care team. This enables the care team to track patients' progress and intervene promptly as needed.

Force-enabled patients should have already received a welcome email that provides instructions for accessing the app. To log in, patients can simply use the same credentials utilized for their web access to Force.

It's worth noting that Force Patient is readily available at no cost for patients who have been officially prescribed Force by a Force-enabled organization.

Please be aware that in order to benefit from Force Patient, patients will need to have an existing patient Force account.
